Newly built in 2023 with a lot of comfort and elegance, Villa Delfini 6 welcomes you in the south of the island of Crete, in Kalamaki.
Enjoy the spectacular view day and night, relax in the swimming pool, at the BBQ in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen or unwind on the large sun terrace.

On the upper floor, the entrance area with a spacious eat-in kitchen, the panoramic windows offer you a phenomenal view of the terrace and beyond of the deep blue sea. Here your longings will be satisfied and you can come to rest.
A staircase leads to the ground floor to the 3 bedrooms, two of them with access to the pool and the outdoor kitchen, you can expect high quality furniture and beds, two bathrooms with shower (one en suite) with bidet and you have free internet throughout the building the SMART HOME villa available.
The spacious outdoor area with saltwater pool offers shady areas and the 6 sun loungers invite you to dream.

Villa Delfini 6 extends over two floors and has 3 bedrooms, a beautiful terrace and garden furniture. The villa is 110 meters above sea level on the outskirts of Kalamaki overlooking the sea and surrounding countryside. This is the perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Kalamaki and the village.
The Villa
The two-storey villa on 150µ² living space and 50µ² terrace, for up to 6 people, is modern and equipped with beautiful design elements. On the upper floor is the entrance to the large eat-in kitchen, SMART-HOME technology, comfortable couch, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, panoramic window, a 50 µ² terrace and the fascinating sea view.
A staircase takes you down to the 3 bedrooms, each 30µ², with king size beds (200x200cm), wall unit, smart TV, fan coil air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet, ytwo bedrooms have access to the pool and outdoor area.
The house is fully equipped with ceramic hob, Tesla extractor hood, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, fan coil air conditioning, underfloor heating, electric blinds, mosquito net, unlimited internet access (WIFI) , SATELLITE TV
In the laundry room: washing machine, dryer, household linen, ironing board, storage space for your luggage.
The outdoor area
The outdoor area is a great place to relax in the sun overlooking the Libyan Bay. The outdoor area has a 500µ² terrace with a shaded area. Outdoor kitchen with fireplace, gas grill and stove, refrigerator, kitchen appliances.

Towels and bed linen are provided. Intermediate cleaning with linen change every three to four days. Smoking outdoors only. Minimum stay 4 nights

Smart-Home Villa
The occupancy is 2-6 guests and 4 days minimum stay. Base rate is for 2 guests and then each additional person (up to max occupancy of 6) is charged an extra 50€ per person per night. Basic cleaning is every 3rd/4th day, included in the price. Other cleaning schedules can be arranged on request, without additional fees. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
